Find your order number
Sign in and visit Your Orders. Your order number starts with GM- and appears on every order card.
Visit the Track page
Go to /track and enter your order number along with the postal code used at checkout.
Check the carrier's website
Once shipped, your order will include a carrier tracking number. Use the links below to track directly on Canada Post, Purolator, or Canpar.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Processing | Your order has been received and the seller is preparing it for shipment. |
| Shipped | The seller has handed your package to the carrier and a tracking number has been assigned. |
| In Transit | Your package is moving through the carrier network toward your address. |
| Out for Delivery | Your package is on a delivery vehicle and will arrive today. |
| Delivered | Your package has been delivered. Check your mailbox, front door, or building reception. |
| Exception | There was an issue with delivery (e.g. wrong address, access problem). Contact the carrier or seller. |
